Affiong Williams is the CEO/Founder of ReelFruit, the largest fruit processing, packaging, and distribution company in Nigeria. The company was founded in 2012 and has distributed a range of dried fruit and nut snacks through a variety of channels across more than 850 stores, Airlines, Schools, and Hotels locally, while also retailing internationally in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, and Saudi Arabia.
Affiong Williams obtained a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, South Africa. Prior to founding Endeavor, she worked for 4 years for Endeavor Global, a global nonprofit that catalyzes economic development by supporting small to medium enterprises in developing markets. She also completed the Stanford Seed in Emerging Economies program in 2018 and is an alumnus of the MIT Legatum Fellowship.
Affiong is passionate about unearthing the job and wealth-creation potential of Agriculture for Nigeria’s youth and farmers. Affiong is an avid runner and has completed over 20 marathons while raising funds for charity in the process.
