Ivana I. Osagie is the MD/CEO of PWR Advisory – a leading Africa focused diversity and inclusion consulting firm with a strong footprint across the telecoms, banking and FMCG sectors in particular.
She advises CEOs and corporate boards on how to build more sustainable businesses and leverage diversity and inclusive to drive performance and profitability. She is also an angel investor and consults for venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.
A TEDx speaker, Ivana is a member of the Institute of Directors and sits on a number of boards. She is a corporate strategist and C-suite executive with over 30 years’ multi-functional and multi-cultural experience including 15 years in the downstream gas industry. She has previously held roles at PA Consulting, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and HSBC, all in the UK, and more recently Notore Chemical Industries in Nigeria where she was the Director for Corporate Development and Strategy.
Ivana holds an MSc from the University of the West of England, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and she is an alumnus of Insead’s Advanced Management Program. In her spare time, she is a landscape photographer.
