Tunde Simoyan is an international attorney, admitted in Nigeria and New York. He has extensive transactional experience over the years having worked in Nigerian and international law firms and as in house legal counsel in commercial banking, investment banking, development banking and the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
He has worked on banking and finance, PPP and infrastructure transactions, project financings, financings, debt and capital market transactions, general corporate and commercial transactions, oil and gas transactions, venture capital and private equity transactions in Nigeria, Tunisia, Ivory Coast and the United States.
Tunde has also worked at a Senior Management Level in Nigeria as Vice President, Oceanic Capital Company Limited (investment banking) and as Chief Legal Advisor, Sahara Group Limited.
Tunde is also an entrepreneur having founded and set up the following businesses: Precisehire Associates – executive search, recruiting and outsourcing company; Africaskillz.com, an online media job board web portal and; Jambolo.com, an online portal for artisians and small and medium scale enterprises.
